New and custom wood pallets
New pallets are appropriate when consistency, appearance, engineering requirements or a specific build pattern matters. Common quote details include overall length and width, two-way or four-way entry, stringer or block construction, top-board spacing, lumber species, load use and quantity.
Custom pallets may require drawings, a sample or detailed measurements. Longer lead times can apply when lumber or tooling must be scheduled.
Used and recycled pallets
Used pallets can reduce cost and support reuse goals. The most common request is a 48×40 four-way pallet, but recycled supply can include other footprints. Premium, A and B grades differ in appearance, repair history and expected use.
Because grade language varies by market, describe what your facility will accept—for example, clean appearance, no companion stringers, board thickness, plug repairs or load requirements.
Heat-treated and export pallets
International shipments may require pallets bearing a valid ISPM-15 mark. Heat treatment is not the same as kiln drying, and an export program should never assume that an unmarked pallet qualifies.
Tell us the destination country, pallet design, quantity and whether certificates or mark documentation are required.
Removal, exchange and alternative materials
Pallet haul-offs, exchange programs and possible buybacks are evaluated by pallet size, condition, count, loading access and local resale demand. Plastic, metal, composite and specialty pallets may also be sourced for selected applications, subject to supplier availability.
